MTII Introduces Another High Resolution, Long Range Laser Head
MTII continues the expansion of the Microtrak II laser triangulation product family with the addition of a new diffuse laser head with 300-mm operating distance and 200-mm measurement range. The LTC-300-200 laser features a 130 µm spot size with 50 µm resolution.
The innovative optical design and CMOS detection technology combined with MTII’s proprietary software algorithm offers the highest resolution and fastest response available today. Each laser head stores critical parameters such as linearity correction and performance sensitivity, and communicates directly to the Microtrak II signal processor upon power up. This enables any laser head to be operated with any Microtrak II controller without the need or expense of matched calibration, a first in the industry. This versatility makes the Microtrak II a cost-effective solution for factory automation and quality control applications.
Application Tip
When purchasing an eddy current measurement system the target material should be specified at time of order. MTII will customize the calibration to your specific material to obtain the highest possible accuracy.
