The APEX series of eddy current and inductive sensors provide measurement solutions for demanding process control and condition based monitoring applications. A wide variety of standard and custom designed probes are available with measurement ranges to 50 mm at frequency response to 10 kHz. Compliant with API-670 standards, these sensors are easily retrofitted into existing monitoring and displacement applications.

M100 Series Displacement and Proximity Sensors

The M100 displacement and proximity sensor family provides accurate and stable measurements with linear ranges from 1.15 to 52mm at a frequency response of 500Hz. Probes are available with a wide range of thread sizes and configurations making them easily adapted into existing and new applications. Complete systems include pre-amplifier, threaded eddy current probe and 2 meters of cable for only $900 USD per channel.

M200 Series Displacement, Vibration and Proximity Sensors

The M200 displacement, vibration and proximity sensor family has a frequency response of 10kHz, making them ideal for vibration and high speed measurement applications. Standard linear measurement ranges vary from 0.25 to 6.10mm with resolutions to 0.5 microns. 5mm, 8mm, 11mm and 14mm diameter probes are available with a wide range of thread sizes and configurations that can operate in environments up to 200oC. Complete systems include pre-amplifier, threaded eddy current probe and 2 meters of cable for only $700 USD per channel.

M900 Series Displacement and Proximity Sensors

The M900 displacement and proximity sensor family incorporate all electronics in the eddy current probe head, eliminating the need for an external pre-amplifier. They are specifically designed to address machinery monitoring applications for radial and axial vibration and position along with speed. Measurement ranges vary from 1mm to 50mm at a frequency response of 5kHz. Complete systems include threaded eddy current probe and 2 meters of cable for only $850 USD per channel.
