BALANCE 4.0 PRECISION MACHINERY BALANCING SOFTWARE
Balance 4.0 is a complete balance software package that will support every machine in your plant. This package supports both trial weight and stored Influence Coefficient balance methods for quick and fast balances. The software can be customized for any machine you operate and these configurations are easily stored - users only need to select them from a list and BALANCE 4.0 is ready to go.
Data can be entered manually via keyboard or entered from a stored text file. BALANCE 4.0 supports multiple planes, multiple speeds and multiple sensors, so it will reduce machinery vibration across its operating range.
BALANCE 4.0 also incorporates a unique balance method that does not require phase data. In just a few runs and weight changes, you can graphically solve almost any balance problem. BALANCE 4.0 displays its solutions in clear, easy-to-interpret graphical formats that show exactly what weights to add and which ones to remove.
When you are complete, BALANCE 4.0 lets you store your vibration data and the balance results. Print these out and keep them, with your maintenance records. Vibration plots of the “before” and “after” data are always displayed, letting you quickly see what you have accomplished.
