PBS-4100R

Advanced trim balancing and diagnostics for engine test cells. With more data channels, speed input channels and diagnostics features along with programable DC outputs, it is ideal for test cells or other fixed installations. For maximum flexibility, this system can be installed, configured and operated over your facility's Ethernet network.

PBS-4100

Factory Certified Pre-owned PBS-4100 Systems

MTII is pleased to offer factory certified pre-owned portable balancing systems at a discount of up to 50%. Each system comes standard with a 90-day warranty, with extended warranties available. MTII also offers services to evaluate the condition of used PBS equipment purchased from third parties for $2500.

PBS-4100R Series II

This system is specifically designed for integration into OEM jet engine test cell installations. The Series II system features many of the same great capabilities as the standard PBS-4100 system plus extras such as Digital Data Interfacing for high speed digital communication with other test cell systems.

PBS-4100R Series IV

This system is specifically designed for integration into OEM test systems, such as jet engine test cells or other testing facilities. The Series IV system features many of the same great capabilities as the standard PBS-4100 system and the Series II, plus extras such as Digital Data Interfacing for high speed digital communication with other test cell systems.

PBS-3300

The PBS-3300 is a machinery monitoring system designed for remote operation. The PBS-3300 operates as a data server and sends vibration data to client computer(s)using Ethernet communication. The PBS-3300 is ideal for test cell applications and machines such as gas turbines and APUs. Several PBS-3300 systems may be networked for multi-machine monitoring applications.

CA1800 Charge Amplifier System

This CA1800 provides up to eight(8)channels of precision charge amplification for accelerometers and other charge mode devices.

TSC-4100R

The TSC-4100R is a self-contained unit that can be used in engine test cells, or for on-wing applications where a 1/revolution tachometer signal is required for engine balancing purposes. The tachometer signal conditioner does not require the user to specify the number of teeth on the speed sensor wheel. The Model TSC-4100R automatically calculates the number of teeth and produces an output pulse only when it finds a significant difference in the tach signal.

1500CS

The popular 1500CS Calibrator has been replaced by the newer 1510A Precision Signal Source. Please click on the 1510A for more information to see the newest model in this popular line of test equipment.

For existing 1500CS users, the 1500CS brochure is still available for download for customer support. MTI will continue to support the 1500CS units that are in service.

1510A

The successor to the popular 1500CS Calibrator system, the 1510A adds new features, enhanced accuracy, a USB interface, longer battery life and a bigger, brighter display.

The new 1510A features dual-channel Direct Digital Synthesis that produces high accuracy signals over a wide amplitude and frequency range. Both voltage and charge (pC) signals are generated to simulate many types of transducers and sensors. for testing and calibrating machinery monitoring and other data systems, the 1510A is the perfect choice. The 1510A also includes a new low-voltage bridge mode that generates 5-100,000µV, with closed-loop control, allowing accurate calibration of strain gage circuits and similar sensors.

With multiple wave shapes, adjustable frequency, amplitude and phase, a sweep function, and 40 memory locations, the 1510A does it all. Calibration is simple via the USB port, using the 1510A Calibration Wizard software.

41CA

The 41CA Two Channel Charge Amplifier is used to convert accelerometer charge signals into voltage signals. Converted signals are then easily used by the PBS-4100 family of vibration analyzers. Two channels of amplification are provided. Each channel has separate gain and switchable test signals.

42CA

The 42CA Four Channel Charge Amplifier is used to convert accelerometer charge signals into voltage signals. Converted signals are then easily used by the PBS-4100 family of engine vibration analyzers. Four channels of amplification are provided. The 42CA also includes 6 channels of pass-through for other signals (non-piezoelectric) and an additional 2 channels for tachometer signals. This allows the 42CA to be a single-point connection between a machine-under-test and an analysis system. The tachometer channels in the 42CA are protected by isolation circuitry that prevents cable faults from affecting machine operation control systems.

45CA

The Model 45CA Single Channel Charge Amplifier module is a low-noise amplifier used to convert accelerometer charge signals into voltage signals. The ruggedized module is DIN-rail mountable and is suitable for use in control rooms, or on engine test stands. Converted signals (velocity and buffered acceleration) are easily used by vibration testing systems including the PBS-4100 family of engine vibration analyzers.
