A complete speed signal conditioning unit capable of working with all types of engine speed signals. A tachometer signal conditioner capable of working with all types of engine speed signals that utilizes a dedicated 14-bit high speed signal processor. These processors independently sample speed signals 20 million times per second to ensure that every change in the signal is detected.
The 41CA Two Channel Charge Amplifier is used to convert accelerometer charge signals into voltage signals. Converted signals are then easily used by the PBS-4100 family of vibration analyzers. Two channels of amplification are provided. Each channel has separate gain and switchable test signals.
The 42CA Four Channel Charge Amplifier is used to convert accelerometer charge signals into voltage signals. Converted signals are then easily used by the PBS-4100 family of engine vibration analyzers. Four channels of amplification are provided. The 42CA also includes 6 channels of pass-through for other signals (non-piezoelectric) and an additional 2 channels for tachometer signals. This allows the 42CA to be a single-point connection between a machine-under-test and an analysis system. The tachometer channels in the 42CA are protected by isolation circuitry that prevents cable faults from affecting machine operation control systems.
The Model 45CA Single Channel Charge Amplifier module is a low-noise amplifier used to convert accelerometer charge signals into voltage signals. The ruggedized module is DIN-rail mountable and is suitable for use in control rooms, or on engine test stands. Converted signals (velocity and buffered acceleration) are easily used by vibration testing systems including the PBS-4100 family of engine vibration analyzers.
The successor to the popular 1500CS Calibrator system, the 1510A adds new features, enhanced accuracy, a USB interface, longer battery life and a bigger, brighter display.
The new 1510A features dual-channel Direct Digital Synthesis that produces high accuracy signals over a wide amplitude and frequency range. Both voltage and charge (pC) signals are generated to simulate many types of transducers and sensors. for testing and calibrating machinery monitoring and other data systems, the 1510A is the perfect choice. The 1510A also includes a new low-voltage bridge mode that generates 5-100,000µV, with closed-loop control, allowing accurate calibration of strain gage circuits and similar sensors.
With multiple wave shapes, adjustable frequency, amplitude and phase, a sweep function, and 40 memory locations, the 1510A does it all. Calibration is simple via the USB port, using the 1510A Calibration Wizard software.
